Seekor ayam dipotong besar. Hiriskan daging ayam dari tulang ayam tu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lepas ayam telah di debonekan, perap dengan serbuk lada dan sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pecahkan telur dalam mangkuk, pukul sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Celupkan isi ayam tadi ke dalam telur.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tepung goreng ayam kentuky tu tuang ke dalam piring.&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Gulingkan isi ayam yang telah di celup ke dalam telur tadi ke dalam tepung goreng ayam.&lt;br /&gt;7. Ratakan tepung goreng ayam ke atas isi ayam.&lt;br /&gt;8. Panaskan minyak dan goreng sehingga masak dengan api yang sederhana (takut isi ayam tak masak dengan betul kalau api kuat). Bila dah kekuningan warna chicken chop tu angkat dan ketepikan dahulu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sos Lada Hitam (Black pepper sauce)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 botol sos lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;1 tin Cendawan button&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Bawang besar (potong dadu)&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang putih (potong dadu)&lt;br /&gt;minyak masak utk tumis&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam dan gula secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Cara membuat sos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumiskan bawang besar &amp;amp; bawang putih hingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan sedikit sos lada hitam ke dalam periuk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan air, lebih kurang 2 gelas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Cendawan dalam tin, di potong ikut suka besarnya.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan cendawan ke dalam periuk dan didihkan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Bancuh tepung jagung dgn sedikit air, masukkan ke dlm periuk. Segera, kacaukan semua bahan dlm periuk tadi hingga jadi pekat mcm sos.&lt;br /&gt;7. Garam dan gula secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sos Kacang Panggang (Baked Beans)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 tin kacang panggang (Baked beans)&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu cili kering yang diblend halus (dalam 4- 5 biji cili kering)&lt;br /&gt;Garam dan gula secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Bawang besar &amp;amp; 2 ulas bawang putih (potong dadu)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak masak utk tumis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Cara membuat sos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan sedikit minyak masak di dalam periuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang besar &amp;amp; bawang putih dan paste cili kering sehingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan baked beans dari dalam tin tu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan sedikit air, garam dan gula secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;5. Didihkan dan hidangkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Coleslow&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Kobis bersaiz kecil&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Lobak merah&lt;br /&gt;2-3 sudu Mayonis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Cara mebuat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Potong halus/ sagat kobis dan lobak.&lt;br /&gt;2. Gaulkan kobis dan lobak dgn mayonis.&lt;br /&gt;3. Hidangkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Fries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Biji kentang&lt;br /&gt;Minyak masak utk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;"&gt;Cara membuat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Kentang dikupas kulit dan dipotong panjang-panjang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Basuh kentang dan tos kan selama 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bila kentang dah cukup kering,bolehlah digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;4. Gaulkan kentang yg dah digoreng dgn sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;5. Hidangkan bersama Chiken Chop.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bila dah siap semua sekali, hidangkan&lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-style: italic;"&gt; chicken chop&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-style: italic;"&gt;fries&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-style: italic;"&gt;coleslow&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-style: italic;"&gt;baked beans&lt;/span&gt; dlm 1 piring (macam hidangan KFC kalau makan kat restoran dia tu...), kemudian curahkan&lt;span style="color: #6600cc; font-style: italic;"&gt; black pepper sauce&lt;/span&gt; ke atas chicken chop tersebut. Celur mee besar dengan air panas, tos kan dan ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kisar bawang besar, bawang kecil dan bawang putih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumiskan bawang kisar bersama-sama dgn cili kisar dan udang kering hingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan daging bersama dgn dagingnya sekali. (kalau ada tulang, buang la tulang tu... ambil daging dan sum-sum nya saja.)&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan tauhu yg dah dipotong, kemudian biarkan mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan telur, biarkan seketika agak-agak telur masak, baru masukkan sayur sawi.&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara nak hidang, letakkan mee dalam mangkuk, kemudian curah kuah mee bandung keatasnya. Pastikan 1 biji telur utk 1 hidangan... Bagi yg suka, boleh juga dibuatkan telur tu separuh masak. Web ini saya bina untuk menyimpan dan berkongsi resepi-resepi lama atau baru untuk sesiapa yang mempunyai hobi memasak seperti saya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Buat masa ini, web ini hanya akan memaparkan resepi tanpa gambar. Jika diberikan kesempatan nanti, saya akan letakkan gambar-gambar yang di'shoot' sendiri oleh saya, untuk tatapan pengunjung sekalian. Ini boleh membuka selera kepada sesiapa yang melihat resepi yang saya taipkan di web blog ini dan boleh dicuba sendiri. Source resepi yang dimasukkan dalam blog ini mungkin berasal dari web-web resepi yang lain, saya ambil dan cuba masak sendiri dengan resepi tersebut.
